Beautiful rooms, great location.
Beautiful rooms with high ceilings and huge windows. Really amazing location just a ten minute walk from Edinburgh Castle. Lots of great food nearby as well as grocery and shopping options. Highly recommend if you want to be close to all of the sites.
We arrived in the evening and did the self-check in option so we never met the staff. We were a bit worried because we didn't receive the check-in instructions until the afternoon of our arrival. Everything went really smoothly though after that and we really enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable reasonably priced accommodation
Location was central to our interests. Staff was friendly & provided excellent service. Breakfast was delicious.
Wifi was weak and spotty Stairs , Noisy neighbours from established to the north. Beyond your capacity or ability to deal with.

Great central spot and clean rooms.
Superb location. Within 2 mins of Princes St and St Andrews Square. Lots of restaurants within easy reach. Close to tram stops. Main bedroom was perfect size. Bathroom was clean and shower hot and powerful enough.
The second bedroom was v small (albeit with a double bed) and a roof light only for daylight.
